It will be a church committed to reaching people not yet Christians and helping them grow into spiritual maturity. It will be committed to celebrate and serve each other with a passion to look for, be prepared for, and anticipate those who don't yet know Christ. St. Paul will be out in its community and serving in such a manner that people will know and experience the love of Christ.
