Her family has been a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church for many years. As a parish nurse, she is a visible expression of Christ’s healing love and is dedicated to the wholistic wellness of individuals, families and congregations. She assists members of the body of Christ and the local community in the care and nurture of the life God has given them. Kitty states “the best part of my day is when I am able to journey with someone through a difficult time. Using both my nursing skills and my faith in God while caring for those He loves is truly why I became a nurse. People who know me know that I love to be with people, including my family, friends and those I care for in our faith community. I also love to travel and visit bed and breakfasts with my husband of many years and meet new people. One of my favorite pastimes is stamping and decorating greeting cards. They don’t last long because I also like to send them, too!”
